This year I have chosen the word “Innovative”. The meaning is….introducing new ideas; original and creative in thinking, featuring new methods; advanced and original.
My thought is to continue to use what I know. I feel as myself and an Occupational Therapist, I am innovative. I need to honor that skill, build on it and use it.
I need to be “ME”. That creative and innovative individual. I strive to help others be authentic and innovative in their own unique way.
